Chicken Pasta Pizza
Ingredients:

For Pizza Dough:

  • All-purpose flour - 2 ¾ cup
  • Active Dry Yeast or Rapid Rise Yeast - 1 Envelope or 1 Tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
  • Lukewarm water - approx: 1 cup, refer notes
  • Olive oil OR Vegetable oil - 2 Tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 Teaspoon
  • Additional flour for dusting

For Cooking Pasta:

  • Penne Pasta - 30 Nos, 50-60 Gms approx:
  • Water to cook
  • Salt as required

For cooking Chicken:

  • Chicken - 300-400 Gms, cut into medium thick stripes
  • Minced garlic - 1 Tablespoon
  • Maggi Chicken stock - ½ of a cube, OR use ½ cup chicken broth, optional but recommended
  • Olive Oil - 2 Tablespoon
  • Pepper Powder - ½ Teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ Teaspoon

For Pasta Sauce:

  • Milk - 1 ½ cup
  • All-purpose flour - 3 Tablespoon
  • Cream cheese- 2 Tablespoon
  • Butter - 4 Tablespoon
  • Pepper powder - ½ Teaspoon
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1-2 Tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

For Arrangement:

  • Mozerella cheese, as required
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:

Pizza Dough Making:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add in the yeast, lukewarm water, sugar and mix well. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes or until the yeast rise.
  2. Then add in the flour, salt, olive oil and combine well.
  3. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic, about 6-10 minutes. Shape dough into a ball shape.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a damp towel and let the dough rise at room temperature until doubled, about 1-2 hours.

Cooking pasta:

  1. Heat enough water to cook the pasta in a pan, and allow to boil.
  2. Once it started a rolling boil, add in the pasta and salt.
  3. Cook until done, strain and set aside.

Cooking Chicken & Pasta Sauce Making:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add in the chicken pieces, pepper powder, salt and cook until the chicken is half done.
  2. Then add in the minced garlic and saute until the raw smell goes.
  3. Then add in the Maggi chicken stock cube or chicken broth and mix well.
  4. Cook until the chicken is done. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  5. Add butter in the same pan, add in the milk and cook until it starts to boil.
  6. Then add in the flour, mix well without any lumps.
  7. Then add in the cream cheese and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Add in the pepper powder, salt and mix well till the sauce becomes thick.
  9. Then add in the cooked pasta, chicken and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
  10. Finally add in the coriander leaves and mix well.
  11. Remove from heat and set aside.

Final Arrangement and Baking:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Lightly dust the work surface with flour, place the dough and knead slightly.
  3. Roll the dough to fit your pizza pan, then transfer to a pizza pan, lift the edges of the pizza to form a slight rim.
  4. Make some holes on the pizza crust using a fork.
  5. Spread the prepared chicken pasta on the pizza crust.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozerella cheese on top.
  7. Bake for about 12-18 minutes or until the side of the pizza crust is slightly golden and the cheese are completely melted.
  8. Baking time may vary according to the oven model. So check now and then after the first 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on top.
  10. Serve after 3-4 minutes.
