Ingredients
  

for nuts powder:

  • 1 cup almond
  • ½ cup cashew
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 3 pods cardamom
  • ¼ tsp saffron

for protein milk

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp nuts powder

for banana pancake:

  • 1 banana, ripened
  • ½ cup wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp nuts powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • water, for batter
  • ghee, for roasting

for protein ball:

  • 5 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup nuts powder

for ragi porridge:

  • 1 tbsp ragi flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp nuts powder

Instructions
 

how to make nuts powder for babies:

  • firstly, in a pan roast 1 cup almond until it turns crunchy. keep aside.
  • also, roast ½ cup cashew and roast till they turn slightly crunchy. keep aside.
  • further, add 2 tbsp pistachios and 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds. roast till it turns crisp.
  • cool completely, and transfer to the mixer jar.
  • add 3 pods cardamom and ¼ tsp saffron.
  • pulse and grind to a fine powder.
  • store the protein-rich nuts powder in an airtight container and use up to a month.

how to make protein milk:

  • firstly, i a saucepan take 1 cup milk and 1 tbsp nuts powder.
  • stir and boil for a minute or until the flavours are absorbed.
  • finally, enjoy healthy protein milk.

how to make banana pancake:

  • firstly, mash the banana into a smooth puree.
  • add ½ cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp nuts powder and ¼ tsp salt.
  • form a batter adding water as required.
  • pour the batter over the hot pan and spread slightly.
  • roast the pancake adding ghee.
  • cook both sides and enjoy banana pancake.

how to make protein ball:

  • firstly, grind 5 dates into a smooth paste.
  • add 1 cup nuts powder and mix well.
  • keep mixing until the mixture turns moist. dates help to give sweetness and also hold shape.
  • prepare the protein ladoo and enjoy.

how to make ragi porridge:

  • firstly, in a saucepan take 1 tbsp ragi flour and 1 cup milk.
  • mix well until the ragi flour is well combined with milk.
