Sev is a deep fried snack,noodle like strands made with gram flour and is popular in India for garnishing chats.Though the thinnest mold makes the best sev but in my mold the thinnest is quite thick and so they look almost similar to mixture.Anyways if I get hold of a thin mold sooner,will update ..
