Actually i planned to prepare jelly with dry apricots..finally i turned as pannacotta with dry apricots..for my surprise they were really tasty n fruity, as i didnt blended well the apricot pieces well...my better half loved it much , who is quite a picky eater n dont like pannacotta at all...usua..
