Actually this cornmeal uthappam goes immediately to leftover magic list, i prepared this uthappams using some leftover dosa batter sitting sadly since few days, i just added roasted cornmeal to this uthappams and cooked as thick uthappams topped with some chopped tomatoes and chopped onions..A won..
