Its too hot since three days, i want to prepare anything and something refreshing for our lunch..i planned to make out beets cutlet with grated beets, cooked potatoes spiced with chilly powder, garam masala and prepared as cutlets with corn flour paste and bread crumbs...usually i do add many vegg..
