Very easy to prepare this dish..usually egg bhurjees r prepared simply with eggs n milk..here i tried it out them with hand full of grated vegetables to make the egg bhurjee more healthy and also colourful to eyes, this bhurjees goes well with chappathis, dosais, rice dishes....simple recipes even ..
