Eggless Oats, Coconut N Dates Cookies

I never tried adding dessicated coconuts while making cookies, for the first time i tried adding coconuts to my cookies..As usual i prepared this eggless cookies with quick cooking oats, and i prepared a thick paste with pitted dates which i soaked overnite in maple syrup and honey and finally grin..
