Greens & Wheat Rava Soup

Actually i wanted to name this soup as best out of the waste, coz all the greens i used in this soup normally we used to trash them or else will make some subzis, apart from that we usually dont do anything interesting with those greens also we dont bother to throw them while cleaning the veggies...
