Some dosas doesnt need fermentation and gets ready to make some crispy dosas immediately...I tried out making non fermentation dosas with horsegram (kollu) and with mixed dals for our dinner sterday which ressembles quite like paruppu adais..This dosas turned out super delicious,healthy,definitely..
