Lal Bhaji Saag | Red Spinach Stir Fry

I like red spinach or lal bhaji especially due to the colour and whenever we go to Little India I try to get fresh green if available.  DH got 2 bunch of red spinach and I made my favourite saag  & it's hardly requires 5 ingredients...how simple is that? Ingredients: Red Spinac..
