Lauki Chole - T&T Mahanandi

Lauki (sorakaai/sorakaaya/dudhi, bottlegourd) with channa, this masala tastes really awesome, they goes prefect with chappathis, paratha, parottas also with hot rice topped with ghee...quite easy to prepare, its really a different masala with bottlegourd n channa...I picked this recipe from Indira'..
