Simple soups doesnt need that much chopping or many veggies, this spinach soup goes for frozen (finely chopped ) spinach cooked with onions and garlic in microwave oven and finally cooked in vegetable stock which tooks hardly 25minutes to cook up everything and enjoyed having this delicious green ..
