Onion Uttapam Uttapam is a variation in dosa where all the ingrediants is added into the dosa batter and then the dosa is made.Traditionally uttapam is made with lightly sour dosa batter.But if you don’t have any of that,you could make it with regular batter or just take the dosa batter ..
