Soup, our almost everyday's dinner needless to say that i make varieties of soups atleast thrice a week, one among our favourite is oven roasted vegetable soup. Just throw watever vegetables you have in your fridge into the oven with some herbs,just drizzle generously with olive oil and roast them..
