Whenever i bake a bread, sometimes they turns as disaster and sometimes prefectly...This time needless to say my potato bread turns excellent also they tastes delicious coz of slightly mashed potato pieces, fried onions, rolled oats etc...I didnt went through any cookbook r googled to make this bre..
