Omelette with grated potatoes, this sort of omelette goes very well as dinner with toasted bread r else with simple salad...one of my fav egg dish..need less number of eggs to prepare these style of omelettes.. 2nos Eggs 1no Potato(medium size) 1no Green chilly chopped 2tsp Coriander ..
