Red Chori/Van Payar stir fry

I had soaked the red chori for making banana flower thoran but ended up making this stir fry. My son liked to eat it as such. I never thought he would love it as he is a picky eater. These beans are quite big enough for a toddler to hold. So he enjoyed picking it and smashing it in his mouth. So ..
