Savoury Carrot & Parsley Pancakes

I have grated some carrots for making salad and finally there were some leftovers as i prepared a mixed veggies salad, i added half a cup of finely chopped parsley leaves, eggs and corn flour to make out this simple but yet a delicious and quick pancakes...We enjoyed having this cute savoury pancak..
