Spiced Tuna Hash/Tuna Puttu

Canned foods, i avoid them as possible but sometime i get canned tuna fish for making fish cutlet and rarely this tuna puttu. While going through my recipe index, i noticed that i havent posted this tuna puttu, to be frank you just need canned tuna fish, chopped onions,ginger and garlic, few spice..
