Sprouted Moth Beans,Beets & Cucumber Salad

Recently i prepared some sprouts using moth beans/matki beans which ressembles quite like green whole moongdal, they turns out super prefect and i couldnt stop adding in my daily menus, here comes one among the salad i prepared using those sprouts with grated fresh beets and thinly sliced cucumbers..
