Omelette with tofu!!!! seems different na!!! yeah i prepared this omelette with extrafirm tofu as country side omelette..they turned awesome n tasty...can feed easily the kids to eat tofu through these sort of omelettes... 1/2cup Extrafirm Tofu pieces 3nos Eggs 1/4tsp Turmeric powder ..
