    I prepared oats uthappam for the first time. We loved it a lot. So i thought of posting here. I got the  recipe from sailu’s food. I made little changes to the original recipe.I did not add eno salt . Still it was so soft & tasty .Try this, u’ll love it for sure..We relished with coconut chut..
