  I guess as I finish up the theme “Single Serving Dessert” for the Blogging Marathon #90, I get to a recipe that fits the theme perfectly. While the Sticky Date Pudding and the Strawberry Fool were made for more than one, but served individually, this Yogurt Rice Pudding is just for one serving!   ..
